Q: How does Social Media Management work?

A: You hire us to write posts, create graphics, create a content strategy, sync the strategy to include the products and services you want to sell, answer questions and comments, posting consistently on your desired platform.

Q: How do you create a social media strategy?

A: To create your social media strategy, it’s important we understand what you wish to achieve from using social media. Whether it be an increase in sales, inquiries or website traffic, we can use this information and tailor it around the content we create.

Q: When do you begin scheduling posts?

A: Planning content for the coming month takes place a week before the start of that month, this gives us plenty of time to create your content and write the posts. Once all posts are written and graphics/images/reels are tailored to each platform, we will then begin scheduling.

Q: How will I know if what you are doing is working?

A: You will know it is working by the objectives that you set, as part of your reasons for hiring us. For example, if you want to keep up a consistent presence on social media, you’ll be able to see your profiles look consistent. If you want to sell specific products and services, you will know it’s working by the increase in phones calls and inquiries (lead generation).

Q: Why can’t I just hire an intern (aka free labor) to manage my social media?

A: Your company is not a training ground, and you deserve actual professionals.

Q: Do you respond to comments?

A: Yes! We respond to questions and comments. Whether it’s liking a comment, or thanking someone for sharing, it’s all a part of customer service via social.
